Design Review Master Guidelines

 
NOTE: ALL REQUIREMENTS AND PROCESSES WITHIN THESE GUIDELINES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, AS INDUSTRY STANDARDS, LEGISLATION AND/OR PROCESSES CHANGE.  
 
The New 2022 Las Campanas Master Design Guidelines are effective as of September 27th, 2022. All new projects submitted to the Design Review Committee are to follow the new guidelines.
 
The Old Master Design Guidelines are available here for reference pertaining to projects currently under review or approved prior to September 27th 2022.
 
The Lot Estates Requirements Summary provide an overview of general design requirements and issues.
 The Approved Plants List and Prohibited Plants List will be of interest to those doing an initial or revised landscape plan.
 
As of December 10, 2021, all applications will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the Master Design Guidelines which require Licensed Design Professionals for the design, documentation, and construction administration of projects.
